Upgrading Your Software

Use this page to do any of the following:
• download an upgrade to your software
• order an upgrade on CD
(Current customers pay only a
percentage of the full price.)
• request an upgrade code or
• try an upgrade, before purchasing it.
The upgrade will re-install the software, if you
don't have the original version on your computer anymore.

However, since you are already a customer of ours, your cost will be
only a percentage of the full price, calculated as follows:
- Find the difference between the upgrade version # and the
version # you have "paid up to", which is usually the same as
the version you currently have.
(to a maximum of 0.50)
- Multiply the difference by the full
purchase price:
- If you are switching from the 100 donor version to the unlimited version,
add the 25% you saved when you purchased it originally
(25% of $64.97 is $16.24)
- If you want a CD, add $6.00 US or CDN.
- Add any applicable taxes in Canada.
For example: you live in the USA and are upgrading
the unlimited version from version # 2.70 to version # 3.11:
- The difference in version numbers is 0.41
- Multiply this by the full price:
- You already have the unlimited version.
- You want to download the update so there is no shipping cost.
- There are no taxes charged to US residents.
